Welcome to 'Serenity Of Spirit'
... A state of grace we all want to be in, but not always a place we can find on our own ... I have created this website not only to share with you my abilities and offerings as a therapist & healer, but also to share with you part of my own journey through the maze of life and all it's challenges and blessings in the hope that you will find solace, and perhaps even some clarity around any current issues in your own lives.
I have recently graduated as a Hypnoenergetics® Practitioner which has not only given me an amazing and powerful tool to offer my clients, but in traversing the terrain of my own Soul during the ‘hands on’ experiential training, I was able to heal and let go of things from the past that I had not been able to shift with other methods ... and I had tried many!
I believe each and every step we take towards our own healing has an impact, and each time we make the intention to try 'that therapy' or attend 'this workshop' a little bit moves, changes, shifts ... sometimes a lot shifts ... then one day it all seems to come together and balance is restored again.
And so my offering to you is firstly 'Never, ever, ever, ever, ever give up' because it always seems darkest just before the dawn, and the dawn WILL come. Secondly I offer you a space of healing, love & non-judgement to traverse the terrain of your own Soul through the method that suits you best.
